On May, we had a workshop of Tsukiji tour and making Sashimi. These days even Japanese cannot enter inside the market of Tsukiji. However, Sushi chef took us inside the market and inrdoduced us to the shops where he is familiar with.After going around Tsukiji and finishing shopping, we made Sashimi. This time the participants are French couple. The husband loves fishes and brought his own knives. Thanks to the Sushi chef, he could slice the fishes well. He sliced Aji, Isaki, and Thai. We had a luxurious lunch with Sashimi and Miso soup in which Thai was.
